New Reservation System
WestJet is a low-cost, no-frills airline headquartered in Calgary, AB, Canada providing domestic and international air travel to 100+ destinations.
We were part of the team implementing a new reservation system. Implementing a new reservation system for an airline when that airline is operating is highly complex and risky. Planning and execution had to be meticulous, and it was. The migration went off with few issues, and system integrity was maintained with negligible impacts on passengers.
