M&A with Core & Digital Bank Conversions
American National Bank (NE) is headquartered in Omaha and is the 4th largest bank in the state of Nebraska at $5B AUM. It is also the 281st largest bank in the nation. It was established in 1964 and as of June of 2021, it had grown to 524 employees at 39 locations. American National Bank (NE) has an A+ health rating. We were engaged to manage the merger of 3 disparate banks (American National Bank (NE), Western Bank, & Stonebridge Bank) that each had its own core and digital banking platform and move all of them onto a new core and digital banking platform. This was a huge undertaking with high complexity and risk. The project was delivered on time and within budget and was deemed a huge success by all key stakeholders.
