Our engagement was to improve the capability maturity of the organization to deliver IT projects in a predictable and sustained way. The approach involved assessment of people, processes, and technology across the $70M to $90M portfolio of IT programs and projects. There were over 250 professional project managers globally reporting to the PMO. We improved the capability maturity of the portfolio significantly, in addition to also starting up an organizational change management office function as well as part of the EPMO.
